If your item(s) are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed online, credit card details are encrypted via a third party secure server using 128 bit encryption. No CC details are forwarded to us, and they are not held in clear text on any web site.
When an order is placed over the phone, all CC details are destroyed once the order has been successfully processed.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products are protected against failure under the manufacturers warranty. Generally, this is 12 -24months unless otherwise stated.
