The Lincolnshire based specialist cable assembly and connector manufacturer, Inconnect has announced the commencement of a Lean Manufacturing programme that will support the company’s strategy of becoming recognised as a world-class manufacturer. Lead by MD Clifford Bulgin the programme will transform the manner in which the company operates and will enhance many of the innovative practices the company already has. The programme will use many of the recognised Lean Tools to assist with the transformation and this will sit alongside the plan to train all employees in Lean Thinking.
