Our standard lead time is 4 weeks from placement of order, however we appreciate that some companies need their goods as quickly as possible and we will work with customers to ensure that urgent items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible.
No, we do not have a minimum order quantity and are happy to manufacture small quantities; we do however ask our customers to pay an extra small order charge when order values are below £50.
Yes, we are happy to enter into stock holding agreements with customers so that they can call off items as and when they require, thus shortening lead times and reducing our customers stock value.
No, delivery to mainland UK customers is free, we do charge for delivery to customers outside the UK, this can be done using a courier of our customers choice.
